I was always under the impression that PCI Express runs at 133mhz but the default on my asus a8n-sli motherboard is 100mhz should this be set to 133?
 
you actually can set it to 133 if you don't want anything to work :p

^he's right...leave it at 100. Some guides recommend 105...but you're not gaining anything by overclocking the PCI-E bus since nothing at the moment can saturate it (that I know of anyway).
