Has anyone in here been able to get a x1 PCI-E extension cable underneath their video card? By this i mean I'm looking to pick up the 990fx sabertooth board from Asus and the x1 slot is covered up by double width video cards.

The fractal arc midi case I'm ordering has a card slot off to the side away from the motherboard where I'm going to hang my X-Fi HD. With the cable I'm hoping to sneak the cable underneath my video card that's going to cover up the x1 slot.

The board has a x4 slot I can use but I'd rather use the x1 if I can get away with it.
