I'd search, but :p

Anyways, I was wondering if it's worth the $3-4 for those system coolers that fit in a PCI slot. I only have the one Thermaltake case fan in the back (plus PSU fan) and then the front one.

i think they would help your system temps slightly, and if you put it under ur vid card then it would also help you exit the heat from your case

NO!!! Don't do this...Leave at least one spot between the video card and the slot fan, or it will cause a layer of heat to build up between the video card's exhaust and the slot fan's intake....

I've done this...bad idea.

Okay, all I have is the 9600XT and SB Live! card. So, I keep a slot open 'tween the 9600XT and the slot fan and another 'tween the SB Live! ... ???

Sound good?

Yeah...Just keep an eye on the temps...

I tried this with my LeadTek 4200 and my bad experience could have been a result of the hardcore heatsink mounted on the card, so it may not be a universal rule.
