Pc3200

I was looking on newegg and each brand has about 3 different types of PC3200, will I be able to tell any difference between the expensive and less expensive RAM?

Then my recomendation scans. I'm getting the PC3200 for my girlfriend's machine, since she's not overclocking, but the PC4000 for my machine since... Well, look at my sig. :)
