Yo, i have 2 sticks of 512mb Pc3200 CL2.5 Corsair Value Select 3200

, ive changed the CAS to 2 and my computer did not boot anymore, so i removed the battery, and now it works, but, it says that my ram is 200mhz (i dont remember if it was 200mhz or 400mhz before i removed the battery)

DDR400 means 400mhz right ? so is it supposed to be 400mhz ? cause if i put it on "auto": mode in the bios, it automaticly set it to 200mhz.

Help me, im lost

200 MHz in the BIOS means DDR400 (you are using an AMD right?)

yeah AMD64 3000+

so if i put 400mhz, it means that it is currelntly running at 800mhz?

holy shit i should maybe put it back to 200mhz, but it is really stable though, but my case temps are really higher
45celcius

It's stable? Weird, I may be wrong then...wait for someone more educated to help you
