pc3200 board w/ pc4000 ram????

I think so. Overclockers often use higher speed ram than required, if I remember correctly. The 4000 speed RAM will simply run at 3200 on that mobo.
 
lol yes. anything higher than PC3200 is just factory overclocked ram, and will downclock itself to run at stock speeds.
