PC2700->PC3200

I'm running an Athlon64 3200 Winchester right now with Kingston HyperX PC2700 2-2-2-5

Should I upgrade the memory to PC3200? Would it be worth it? I can get the HyperX 3200 for around $125 bucks.

if you can get the pc2700 to overclock to 200mhz without raising the latencies past 2.5-3-3, i'd keep it.

otherwise.. i'd still keep it. you probably won't notice the difference between the two enough to justify buying more

also, there's a possbility that the hyper-x is bh-6 or ch-6. if so.. it should scale reasonably well with extra voltage. i'd do a bit of research armed with the exact mobel number of the hyper-xto find out.
