PC won't post... sometimes

hey guys, i'm having a bit of trouble with my shuttle xpc system. i'm not sure how long the problem has been going on as i've kept my pc on most of the time.

the problem is when i shut down my pc completely overnight, in the morning, it does not post - pc lights on, monitor blank. when it's running and then restarted, or shut down and turned on immediately, it posts fine. it's just when i shut it down overnight or for a long duration of time does it not post. also, the temp "fix" i found was if i turn it on and it does not post, i just leave it turned on for a few minutes. then i shut it off and turn it back on, and it posts.

i've checked the ram via memtest and reset the bios. i'm thinking it may be a psu fault not gathering enough charge to start the system, however, i'm not sure and that's why i'm asking.

the problem is fixed. the latest bios is at fault. i don't know exactly what it is and no one has posted a problem with it, but when i flashed the bios to the previous version, everything was fine. my system is the sg33g5 and the 117 bios was a fault. 115 works fine, in case anyone wants to know.
