PC Won't Boot - New Build

take everything out of the case. put the oem hsf on, install just the video card and only one stick of ram. see if you can get it posting with just the bare minimum connected. then start adding things back one at a time the case being last.

edit: build looks fine. personally i don't trust the TT psu's though, ive had several bad ones...

Yeah, that board has no onboard video, so just the 960 and one stick of RAM first. Pull the CMOS battery for a few minutes if it won't boot right off with that minimum config.

No OEM HS on this CPU.

Tried disconnecting everything but mare min, and still same response. CMOS battery also seems to have no effect.

Might need to run this to someone with more tools, eh? :/

try reseating the cpu and aio. if still no luck you will need parts to troubleshoot, at least a psu like alxlwson suggested.

I agree with re-seating the PSU, do you have any other old video card laying around just in case your new one is the problem? Stick it in and see with just another video card, one stick of memory (try another one if the first one doesn't work) and another PSU. You might have a lemon board. Also make sure there aren't any screws or other metal stuck under the board that could be causing some sort of short.

...and that's why I don't recommend Gigabyte any more.

Seen too many of their boards die weird ways, often just out of warranty. Now this.
