PC to TV problems PLEASE help

I recently bought a Media Center Edition PC. Its a Sony Vaio and i installed a X800 Pro in it.

I planned on using the S-Video out from the X800 to "clone" my PC to my TV only problem is it doesnt come in well on the TV. Its a Rear Projection and it only displays what seems to be the upper right corner of the screen for some reason.

I want to get this to work because i want to use the functions of Media Center on my TV, without having to pay for a Media extender. If anyone had any suggestions please post.
 
it usually depends on the native resolution on your tv, usually you have to reset the settings all the way down to 1024 x 768 to get the right resolution for tvs and thats what i did at least when i used s-video for my tv
