PC takes 15 seconds before power button works!

I've got a strange problem with my PC. Every morning when I wake up I plug my power in and turn on my PC. However, lately when i put the power switch on, it takes about 10-15 seconds before my Power button will respond and power up my PC. It never use to be like that!

any ideas?

how come you plug the power in? maybe if you leave the power plug in, it won't do that?
 
Well I plug it into the wall. Its the same tho as leaving the switch off surely?
 
I've had that exact same thing in the past. I can't remember what the problem was, but it didn't cause any troubles so I ignored it. It was either the power supply or motherboard. The PSU was an Antec trueblue 480.

I notice you have an antec case so presumably you have an antec psu as well? I'd bet that's the cause.

Antec's PSU are hilariously overrated and are just downright not up to the job.
