PC shut itself down, now it wont reboot.

System is a Asus K8N, Athlon 64 3200+, 512 crucial DDR400, Radeon 9600AIW.

Was working fine until i was trying to save to a floppy disk earlier today, then it just shut itself down and will not restart. I tried clearing the CMOS, but no luck. When you turn the switch for the power supply on, a second later the PC starts to turn on without touching the power button, but after about 3 seconds shuts itself off before it even starts to boot up. The power button does nothing. Any ideas?
 
Its only like 2 months old... but i think it is one of those generic PSUs that just come with the case. Is there any way to tell without having another PSU to swap in?
