PC Power & Cooling and Dell

PCP&C does NOT make Dell power supplies, they make a replacement for Dell's since they use a non-standard pinout on the ATX connector. Dell's are very el cheapo Taiwaneese units.
 
I wouldn't call Dell PSU's "el cheapo", though they're nothing like PCP&C. Dell makes machines designed first for business, second for home. As such, if PSU's were "el cheapo" they'd have a lot of angry business customers. Dell's systems have reasonable power supplies for what the average user uses a computer for. I think I've seen two fail out of the 700+ Dell machines we've had in our organization over the past five years.
