PC not turning on...

hey guys, havent been around here for a while and i have definitely forgotten my computer knowledge since i last did a build about four years ago... the specs are in my signature for my desktop and i came home to my parents house and it had been sitting for about 3-5 months without being used or even turned on... well when i went to turn it on it powered up for about a second then just flicked off and now i press the power button aaaaaand nothing happens at all... tried replugging in things checking connections and everything seems to be in order ... im worried something got fried but just not sure what any ideas or suggestions on what i can do?

Try another PSU.

will do ill give it a go and see what happens... its weird i was just walking by and pressed it again and it did the same thing so it does seem like its just not receiving the right amount of juice
