Basically is this going to be problem ?

The desktop PC is running WinXP latest service pack. The desktop MAC is running OS 10.2 (Jaguar?) with an Airport Card.

Any tips or tricks in setting up especially on the MAC side, which I have
no clue about. I've read about all I can at Apple.coms knowledgebase but they don't say much if its not another MAC there connecting to.

I've run wireless several times between PC's but I'm very dumb about the
MAC.

thanks !

No problem. Just share whatever you want on the windows side and from the Mac: Finder -> Go -> Connect to Server. You can pick a machine it sees on the local network or enter an IP address.

You can also look at Mac folders from your windows machine since 10.2 has Samba built in. On the Mac, turn on windows file sharing and check the 'allow user to log in from windows' option. Then you can use network neighborhood on the pc to look at your Mac stuff.

edit: Check out www.macdevcenter.com. You can find some good info there.
