Just curious.... whats everyones maintenance routine?

Daily AVG scan (4am.. when im most likely not on)

bi weekly - ccleaner

quarterly - disk cleanup, defrag, chkdsk

daily

spywareblaster update
malewarebytes update / scan

have eset so i'll through a scan in there once a week.

Ultimate defrag when needed.

Home computer
Once a month or two...I'll run a temp file cleaner
Reboots only when Windows Updates demand one..else it runs 24x7x365
Defrag maybe every 4, 5, or 6 months..actually probably less often that that. I don't install and uninstall craploads of programs, so not as much of a need to lose sleep over defragging every other day.

Main workstation at the office...
Reboots only when Windows Updates demand it,
Else..it runs 24x7x365....I don't bother defragging that or anything.

Primary laptop that goes with my everywhere....naturally it reboots all the time, but once every couple of months I'll defrag that one, since I move a lot of data with that machine, file copies 'n stuff like that.

They all run like a top, rock solid, very fast.
Defragging more frequently might gain me .005% more performance..but I don't feel it, thus I do other things with my time.

On my Vista machine:

NOD32 scan daily
Windows Defender scan daily
Defrag weekly
CCleaner when I think of it, probably weekly or more
