Hey all. I built a pc for a friend a year ago, and he said it stopped working so he brought it over to my house to fix it. Set it up, and it worked fine, my friend was kind of shocked. Anyway, I started clearing some stuff off, ran prime for a bit, fine. Restarted it to check out the BIOS and instead of posting it gives a continous long beep, and I really have no idea what it is. It apparently did this at my friends house, worked at my house, and then went back into it and now I can't get it to post again. I get nothing but beeping and I have to turn it off with the switch in the back, power and resert aren't responding. Any ideas?

look up the beep code in the mobo manual or manuf. web site, but more than likely is going to be either memory or the video card

use memtest on the memory to see if you get errors
