I cant decide between the two. I will have 4+ HD's and more to add. Also will have a 4870x2. I like the look of the PC-A71 better but the PC-A77 has better cooling. Whats your opinions?

PC-A77 that thing is a such a good looking and functionally well made case. I personally dislike any front doors on cases.

Lol and sorry to derail a bit but, And if you don't mind what do you think Lian Li A17b with a PC65 window or the Lian li 1000b with window?

Yes the PC-A77 is nice looking.... My thoughts is he door would block air flow. The A17b is nice and I do like my Lian Li 1000b also. I will be selling my 1000b soon as I order my new case :)

In exhaust capacity they're equal because of nearly same design...

A77 has advantage in that you can fully select where you put 5.25" devices, more intake area and with place for 9 HDDs you have 6 5.25" bays left. (but noisewise open front is horrible)
A71 has 10 HDD bays at default and 5 5.25" bays. If you have only two 5.25" devices you could add one 12cm fan device to there for additional intake (or space for 3 or 4 extra HDDs) which would rise number of intake fans to what you can have in A77 as maximum (three) without using all 5.25" bays.
Now you're right that door is additional airflow impedance but I don't see anything which would prevent keeping door open during heavy use/playing games and then during idling/light use keeping it closed for blocking direct noise escape path.

I myself like PC being as quiet as possible when it's idling/in light use so I would take A71.
Regardless which one you'll choose I would definitely get this (apparently available in fall) because that would draw heat away from graphic cards area and keep air moving around expansion cards. (I have X-Fi and 3ware 9650SE)
