I need to buy a new monitor.
I was thinking about buying one with a 10 bit panel but I can't afford for now a newer generation current.
So I was thinking to get the u2711 (brand new).
What do you guys think should I get the u2711 because of its 10 bit 1 billion colors panel? Or do you think I should get the pb278q 16 million colors panel because it is newer?
 
What type of use do you need it for? Gaming/general use - PB278Q hands down. Also the coating on the u2711 will be a lot more aggressive.
 
I really like my PB 278 Q.

I love glossy monitors so I was hesitant when I ordered mine but the AG on this monitor does not bother me at all.
 
If you like reading through a screen door smeared with Vaseline, get the Dell. If you value your eyeballs, the Asus looks incredibly good.
