With crowdfunding gaining popularity and PayPal handling more and more of the transactions, a needed revamping of policies is now underway.

We are now in the midst of overhauling our policies in this space. We're talking to the major crowdfunding players that we work with to put in place a permanent solution that avoids unnecessary account limitations.

Probably so that Paypal holds the money in escrow while making interest off of it.

Don't worry. I won't.

After having those shysters essentially refuse to help me when it was discovered that one of their vendors was selling stolen merchandise (and the asshole is still selling today), I won't be entrusting my money or my business to them ever, EVER again.

And anyone who does is a fucking idiot. If this applies to you. C'est la vie.

Paypal is a haven for scammers. I refuse to use it and its only a detriment to ebay. Sooner or later you will get scammed with it.
