Paypal has this promotion going for 1 DAY only 10% cash back, its listed in newegg. I don't know if its unique to only newegg or not, can someone find out? or if its universal and will work with....Tigerdirect?

I posted this not long ago, http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1476304 and its another paypal promotion of invite only, also 10% CB up to the 21st. Does this mean I can combine the two? 10%+10% + Tigerdirect BCB of 12%ish? = 30%+ Cash back? and maybe perhaps combine the Logitech 20% promotion going on at the moment?
Can someone find any flaws or restrictions that might stop me from doing this? =\, Because all I am seeing is major savings
