Looking for a open source Patch panel management web based software (sick of using excel)

I've looked at

OpenDataCenter Network Management System - not bad

opencable - not bad either

anyone else using something like this....

I'd be interested in something like this too.

I can't seem to find any information about opencable, a link would be nice.

OpenDataCenter doesn't look like it's been updated since 2007.
 
I'd be happy with a.spreadsheet template. If anyone has one any chance of sharing? Need not be fancy.
