I found an old IDE drive with a ton of my old photos but my mobo doesn't have any PATA connections. I've been looking through a bunch of different controller cards but just am not sure which brand/make would be reliable. Does anyone have a card they can recommend?
 
sil0680 should be yr choise
back in the day when pata was all we had, i had these cards running 12 patas in single box ;D
