Pat for i865 mobo ?

I got an MSI Neo2 I865 mobo.

PAT is enable by setting the performance mode to :

TURBO
ULTRA-TURBO

PAT is enable in Cpu-z reading when im everything is stock but as soon as I overclock PAT ; performance mode ; is disable.

Any idea why or how I could remedy to this ?

That's the problem with trying to enable "PAT" on 865 boards. it works at stock speeds, but once you start to oc, it goes back to non-PAT

I believe the 865 is tricked into thinking it has PAT at FSB between 133-200 but once you hit that 201+, it goes back to normal
