Password reset issue

I'm trying to reset the pw for my regular account (bpizzle1), but I am not receiving the email with my temporary password. As I mentioned in another thread, my account is tied to an email that I no longer have access to directly, but still forwards to my current email address. I seem to be getting the emails with the link to reset the password right away, but, again, the ones with the temporary password never seem to come through. Is there any way a mod can change the email tied to my account, so I can make sure this isn't a forwarding issue? I want my lifetime GenMay access back!
