I just bought a Antec P182 case for my computer. It's too noisy, I want dead silence and I figure a completely passively cooled WC system combined with even quieter case fans is the way to go.

I've found Zalmans reserators and Thermaltakes Orchestra. How good are they, are they dead silent, is it better to build the system from separate parts, are there better passive systems out there, is a passively cooled WC system sustainable for cooling an E6700 and a 8800GTX for instance, do WC demand a decent airflow or can I almost "kill" the case fans?

Please give me some help getting into the world of watercooling.
 
neither are very good, the zalman has a noisy weak pump, not sure about the orchestra but thermaltake generaly does a bad job with water cooling, they should stick to what they do best- heatsinks and fans.... as demonstrated here:

if you really want a passive system you can get a large radiator (this is the one i use, its awesome) like this one, innovatech also makes one but i cant seem to find it.

but the problem with passive systems like this is; once you have it, you will realize you can get so much more performance if you mounted some next-to-silent yate loon fans on it, the pump will still be louder then those fans anyway and if you put a fan controler on them you can even turn a few off when your not gaming, this way would work fine for a 6700 and 8800.

a custom built system would be much better and cheaper. and you only need as much airflow as your other, non-watercooled, components need. like if you have a giant northbridge heatsink but no airflow, that heatsink is useless. the only fans in my case are the ones on my radiator which are exhausting, i find this to be enough airflow over the motherboard to cool everything fine. then again i built the case specificly for that purpose :p
 
Get a triple radiator and run 6 yate loons (4 on each side) at 5v.

Almost 100% dead silent from 2ft and much better than any passive system on the market today.
