Passive Okay?

The chipset fan on my Abit K8N Ultra is getting rather loud and i was thinking of replacing it with one of those passive blue zalman heatsinks. I have 2 120mm low-flow nexus fans in my case (antec P180). Would the zalman keep the chipset cool enough?
 
I have 2 of those Blue Zalman passive chipset heatsinks on my ASRock Dual939-Sata2 motherboard and they work great as long as you have some case airflow.
