Passive GPU cooler?

The Geforce2 in the comp I built for my brother a couple years ago has started rattling. I'm looking for a really cheap passive cooler that I can replace the rattling fan with, since the whole video card is only worth $20 on eBay. Any suggestions?
 
Pull a cheap cpu HS? I have a geforce 2 but I think I'll put an active on it because it runs pretty hot.
