Passive CPU heatsink for LGA1155 (X9SCM-F)

Looking for a passive CPU heatsink that doesn't block expansion slots on X9SCM-F.

My requirements:

• Does not block expansion slots on Supermicro X9SCM-F

• Must fit in a 4U enclosure

• Affordable (less than $35.00)

FYI...I should be getting plenty of airflow from 3 x 120mm internal fans. How quiet is the stock heatsink from E3-1230?

I was looking at this... XIGMATEK HDT-S963 92mm Rifle CPU Cooler. It is listed as 92(W) x 50(H) x 134(D)mm, but I wanted to see what others are using.

I find the standard 1230 active fan relatively quiet.

Oops. The HDT-S963 is not compatible with LGA1155/1156. I meant to post, XIGMATEK LOKI SD963 92mm. It's $28.99 + Free S/H from newegg right now.

After a little more research, I decided to go with Cooler Master RR-910-HTX3-G1 from amazon for $19.99 + Free S/H. It looks like it will fit nicely, and I will post a picture when I can.
