Want to get a list of passive cooled cases like the Zalmans (but different and hopefully a bit more dollar / size friendly). Doesn't have to be completely fanless, but must depend mainly on passive cooling.

Like the Zalman homepage and the totally noiseless system.

Zalman is the only company that makes an integrated case cooling solution (as far as I know). You could probably put together a practically silent pc for much less through careful component selection.

What do you want to do with your pc? If you aren't going to be doing anything too cpu intensive, you can use low power components and use passive cooling to reduce noise.

The closest your going to come in an air cooled system is probably the P180 or the P150.

In my opinion grabbing a P180, replacing the fans with undervolted Nexus 120s, and using a Scythe Ninja passively (or with an undervolted Nexus 120) is your best option for silence. That is, unless you'd like to go H20.

thats what I am talking about. that is a nice case! very expensive as well!

I found the hush box, but it seems you have to buy the computer with it. any other small factor cases like that?
