My radiator will be mounted outside the case (lack of space inside). Got the radbox only to find out the pci pass-thru bracket is too damn small to accomodate my 1/2" ID 3/4" OD tubing. What are my options now? I could not find a pci pass-thru that accomodates 3/4" OD tubing.

time to break out the dremmel? sorry, not too sure what else you could do w/o moving to smaller OD tubing or case modding.

PCI slots are only a half inch tall, you're going to have to choose between narrower tubing and cuttings holes in your case.

In a way I'm glad this happened. Gives me an excuse to pick up the CM 690 II Advance case at my local Microcenter. Don't even own a dremmel and even if I did, I would not trust myself to drill holes in my case.

Alphacool makes a PCI bracket, the Panama HF 38, with threaded connections on both sides. But the threads are G 3/8, not the common G 1/4, and it's US$30.

If you're willing to cut the divider between two PCI-slot openings, Bitspower makes a dual-slot bracket, for a tenth of the price, The bracket has two holes in it, big enough to pass tubing through, or you could install some of Bitspower's through-hole fittings, with G 1/4 threads to use whatever fittings. Koolance "no-spill" quick-disconnects, probably the best bet.

There are G 3/8 models of the quick disconnects, too.

I own a CM 690 II Adv. and have installed a EK Rad XT 240 (120.2) inside it. Two facts I want to share with you
1) I don't know what rad you're gonna use in the case but you'll have to force the rad in correct position as the ATX12v plug is obstructing.
2) I was only able to use the fans in a pull config as I couldn't install them from the inside. Memory heatsinks (corsair dominator) was preventing the push config.

If you need any more info let me know
