I been on another forum (bladeforum) and I got into this one section on there called "Pass-Around"

What it is about is a group of 10 or so, first 10 to sign up gets in, and they send money to the moderators (or someone very respected and honest in the forum) and buy the hardware. Once it purchased, everyone will get to try out the part 1-2 weeks and mail if off to the next person in line on their own funds + insurance( chosen randomly or by who posted first and so on ). If the item is damaged or whatever then the person with it would be held responsible. At the end of the pass-around, they use the numbers according to the Kansas pick 3 lottery (first second or third number) [ I'm not sure about this part ] and if you were the 5th in line, and the second number in the Kansas lottery was 5, then you win the item that was purchased.

 I hope what I said is understandable. I think its a cool idea, however, there are many trolls out there  Also electronics can get screwed up easily. Just thought it would be cool, it would be nice to try out a product you are interested in before you get it. Sure there is reviews and all but from own experience is always better. what do you guys think?

A)In theory, it's awesome.
B)wtf did you say?
C)won't work. selfishness = some asshole will keep the part.

it figures, how about its only open to members of a ranking Gawd and higher  and be a premium member? There has got to be a legitimate way to do this. It would benefit so much!

Nah, you know someone with itchy fingers will mod it before it makes it all the way around :D

But seriously. With 10 people and 1-2 weeks + shipping would make the part nearly obsolete. This forum is too big and it's very hard to trust people online. Maybe it could be done if everyone lived in the same city or something like that. Still, there are too many things that could happen.

stupid trolls.

and Carnival Forces, your [H][H][H] link to hardfolding no longer works =\

Are you telling me that I was trolling?

Take a look at my post. I give good reasons why it won't work or why it won't be worth it. What are you trying to start?

Look, this just ain't gonna happen here. If it were "endorsed", it would require regulating/monitoring.

Even if it were "unofficial" people would be whining the moment it started to go awry (which is almost guaranteed).

Lose-lose situation, it ain't gonna happen, so I'm putting the kabosh on this thread.
