Hi all.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

z77x-ud3h or z77x-ud5h i like both of them for gigabyte

OR MSI Z77A-GD65

I personally have the z77x-ud5h and I love it
 
I've had SB since release and I have both the NH-D14 and a U9B. Don't bother upgrading to Haswell for a gaming rig - you'll see even Kyle ([H] owner) still uses an OC'd SB in his gaming rig. The U9B will be ok for 4.0-4.2GHz in that fractal most likely. If you definitely want to go as high as your CPU will allow as your notes say, then the NH-D14 is the way to go.
 
Go with the MSI Z77A-GD65 as the motherboard.

Buy the Corsair H80i instead of the CPU coolers you were considering earlier. Many people have obtained higher overclocks (and cooler temperatures in comparison) using the H80i.

There's no need for you to go with Haswell, especially if you're considering overclocking.
