Hey folks, about to order, would you mind giving me an okay on all this?

Water Block - MP-05 Pro LE

Pump - MCP655

Radiator - BIP3

I'll be using masterkleer tubing, and some yate loon fans.

Anything I should change? My only concern is that there might be a better radiator out there for me. I'm going for pretty high performance here, but would like to avoid the noise of loud fans.

No, that looks fairly good.

I'd suggest a TDX over that waterblock, simply to save a couple of dollars.

Are you going to be cooling your GPU? If not, you should go for the dual BIP radiator... Triples are only needed for SLI setups...
 
SLI cooling is in the near future, thus the 120x3. The BIP3 is sufficient for that?
 
Depends what you're SLIing...

Anything below 2 8800GTS's will be MORE than fine with a BIP360!

If you're going for some 8800 series cards and a CPU, you'll need to break out some higher airflow fans.
 
now I seem to remember reading that the BIX is better suited for high speed fans. I'm assuming however, that higher speed fans will provide for some improvements when using a BIP as well.
 
I have the MP-05 SP LE and have been very happy with the block. I would go for a MCR-320 QP but the BIP3 is a good rad. A PA120.2 or a PA120.3 would be top of the line.

If you do not go with a PA rad then be sure to get the D12SM-12 Yates.

BIX get much better with higher airflow. For example, their cooling capacities DOUBLE when you go from a 30 to a 60CFM fan.

BIP's get *better* but they only approach 50%boosts when going from 30-60CFM.

Still, BIP's are MORE than enough for most setups... It's what I use.
 
are you using a BIP2 or 3? And which rig do you have it on, and what are your temps?
 
BIP240... 7800GT at like 650/1600 with a Vmod, and an E6300 @ 3500mhz.

CPU temps were in the mid 40's under Load...

Im adding a 8800GTS to my loop on Friday (got the card, waiting for the block) so I'm adding another BIX 120 radiator that I have lying around, for fun.
