I go to my computer, and view my 60gb maxtor drive and it only has 1 folder in it. i cannot access the contents of the folder, saying it's corrupt & unreadable.
however, it shows the correct size (9gb free out of 60gb) in my computer. i cant run chkdsk on it because
"The type of the file system is RAW.
CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives."
update : now the drive is no longer viewable in my computer although disk management shows it as fine. i tried to run partition table doctor, but it freezes up/crashes windows every time.
