Partition Problems

I currently have my harddrive split into 3 partitions:

40gb windows partition
10gb linux partition
10gb backup partition

What I'm wanting to do is delete the linux partion, format it as NTFS, and make it part of my windows partition. Is there an easy way to do this? I know how to delete the partition and format it but I'm not sure how to combine the two (without reformating my main). Any help is appreciated.
