I've tired the DFI with a few different procs, memory sticks and video cards and still get the bios beeps when I start it up. I'm just assuming it needs to be rma'd. It doesn't cost anything to get it rma'd except some waiting time and shipping to the manufacturer and you get a new board back, so I don't think my price is too unfair for one of the best o/c'ing mobos out there.
