Well, Im so pumped about watercooling. Ive been fighting the urges for months now, and I have finally decided to go for it. Thanks so much for the help you all have been in my decision making. Now, help me address my setup.

Pump: Eheim 1250 (Need this bc my PSU sucks, Antec 450W SmartPower)
Radiator: (Still puzzled on this one, no bonnevile cores)
CPU Block: D-Tek of course
Tubing: 1/2" Clearflex from Dangerden
4oz Zerex + UV Dye
Resrvoir: Undecided.

Also, Im still confused on a few things.... 1) How do the fittings/connections/barbs work? What all do I need to buy? 2) Would I be better off spending 60 bucks off the bat on a GPU block, or learn watercooling first, get NV Silencer 5 for now for my 6800GT, then maybe do this later?

Also, any other advice is appreciated. Thanks again.

radiator: If you want a dual 120mm heatercore get it from freshcooling.com. If you want a single heatercore dtekcustoms.com or dangerden.com has some.

The connectiosn are just plastic tubes that you fit your orignal tubing over and clamp them down. They have various fuctions from creating a T-line to fill your system if you do not want to use a rez or expand or decrease the inner diameter of your tubing.

If you want a 6800gt block go for it. Suggestions there are Silverprop Fusion HL (It has to be HL in order to clear the ramsinks) Or dangerden Maze4 Chrome or Brass top. In addition buy some OCZ BGA copper ramsinks to cool the memory off as well.

For your dye I recommend hydrx because it is also is UV reactive and it prevents the the growth of algea and oxydation

Your cpu block im assuming if going to be a white water block.

Your pump you should try mcp650 or mcp350.... I do not know why your PSU sucks but 450w should be ok.

radiator:
i would look at the pro-120 radiator from dtek.

CPU block
if you wan't a dtek block for the cpu i would get the white water

Reservoir
the new HDPE molded bay reservoirs look nice and shouldn't crack like a plexi can

GPU block
I would save the money you would spend on the Silencer and just buy the GPU block no sence spening money twice. look at the dangerden 6800 block it is really expensive at $125 but it seems to be the best for the 6800. if it where me i would get the Acetal Maze4 gpu block from dangerden.

Pump:
the 1250 is a great pump but i would be inclined to say get the 1048 as it is dead silent smaller and pushes more then enough to run a whitewater and a low restriction GPU block plus it cheaper.
