In the display options (the bottom of your last screen shot) click on the "From The" drop downlist and choose "Beginning"

If you click "User CP" on the top left and hit edit options, look for this box:

Default Thread Age Cut Off
You may specify a time period from which to display threads. Threads older than the age you specify will not be shown.

Change it to "Show All Threads" to see the rest.

Welcome to the [H]... and the question's already been answered/covered but, the answer - at least for that subforum and following the pattern for all the others - was right there:

Obviously making it a permanent choice as Oldie described is the preferred option, of course. This place gets a lot more than a handful of posts a day...
