Parallel or Serial SLI Bridges

All,

I have been H2O for a while but have recently been exposed to the concept of parallel SLI connections versus the traditional serial. I am moving from a single GTX 460 to SLI and wanted some information (if available) on what might be needed to do parallel SLI?

Here is my current setup:

XSPC dual bay with dual DDC pumps in serial
D-TEK FuZion CPU
XSPC Razor 460 full cover
Koolance QDC
ThermalTake Symphony (external 660 MM copper tubed dual pass rad)
Koolance QDC
Back to Res/Pump

All internal parts are using 3/8 ID 1/2 OD tubing and QDC to Symphony is using 1/4 ID 3/8 OD tubing.

Thoughts/answers?

I believe parallel splits the flow among the two GPU waterblocks? Supposedly this would result in the second GPU running at the same temperature as the first GPU, but in my experience, running two hot graphics cards in serial resulted in nearly no change between the two cards. The second card was only 1-2 C hotter than the first card, if even that, under load.
