I just bought some really nice Audio-Technica ATH-M50s and I'm thinking of upgrading to Pandora One. I only listen to it on my iPhone (4s) and sometimes plug it into my car so I can listen to it on the car's speakers. I am confused about the quality of the audio files when playing on iPhone. This is what it says on the Pandora website:
"Pandora on the Web plays 64k AAC+ for free listeners and 192k for Pandora One subscribers. All in-home devices play 128k audio, and mobile devices receive a variety of different rates depending on the capability of the device and the network they are on, but never more than 64k AAC+."
Pandora plays 64k audio files, if upgrading to Pandora One the file is 192k, however if listening to Pandora One on iPhone the file is always 64k? So basically there's no point in upgrading if I listen to it only on the iPhone?
