Just installed an XP-90 and 57cfm Panaflo. Fan doesn't seem to indicate which way is blowing in and which way is blowing out, so figured someone here might know so I don't have to take the fan off to find out for sure.

So I want to have the fan blowing into the XP-90, does the sticker and power connector point in or out?

Thanks

airflow goes whichever way the sticker is facing.

so if the sticker on the fan is facing down, the air will blow down

All of my Panaflo fans have arrows molded into the side of the frame. They indicate fan rotation and airflow. They may be kind of hard to see but they should be there.

Blows toward the side that the power connector wires exit the motor.

Stickers can be moved, incorrectly placed, etc.

and santa clause could really exist too :p

ive never seen a fan with the sticker on the other side.

This is probably why my temps were "sucking" under load, pun intended.

Thanks for the info.

All of my Stealth fans have stickers on both sides. Kinda pointless, but that's the way things go sometimes.

maybe your stealth fans do but were talking about panaflo's here. Every one I've ever seen has had the arrows molded on the side as mentioned before which mentions the airflow and rotation of the blades. Of course its always easy to do a quick test to put any questions to rest.
