Panaflo at 5 volts

they are rated at 7v and not 12v? that is odd... what I usually do with my 12v fans to make them 5v is just switch the colored wires in the plug
 
only one way to find out if they'll start at 5v

and that is to test them

if they don't start at 5v, then 7v may do it, and you may be able to lower it to 5v after they've started

that link is good, esp. the mod at the bottom. You can switch to 12v to start it, then drop it to 5v
 
I have 2 H1As as intake and 2 H1As as exhaust. They're all running at 5V and they're really quiet. At that point, they provide decent airflow and my graphics card and power supply were making the most noise in my case.
