Just curious what people think of these fans... am about to order one for the back of my case.

Should I go with something that gives a little more CFM for a little more noise? Or the other way around?

Any recommendations would be appreciated :D

The big thing (no-pun intended) about 120mm Panaflos is that they're 38mm thick, opposed to the 25mm thickness of majority of other fans. So you might have trouble fitting it into some places. But this is going to go in the back so it should be okay.

As for noise level, I think this fan is loud enough at almost 36dba. How much cooling do you need anyways? It's not like you can boil water inside your case can you? :p

HTe more CFM the better.. It depends on how much noise you like.. Personally I like lots of noise.. It just reminds me that everything is still working.. :D

I have a thermaltake 120mm fan that pushes out roughly 95cfm.. I didn't notice that it was loud until I shut it off one time..

well no.. but I'm sure I could on my videocard.

My GT is currently running at 63C IDLE.

ive got 2 panaflo M1A's they are fairly quiet for the air they move...
I was useing both on my dual 120 heater core till I switched to the L1A's the noise went down some...and my temps stayed the same (I dunno) but if I was to buy another fan or set of fans Ill still stick with the M1A's
