I recently cut a few holes in my cent. 5 and with the help of a friend who does car touch ups painted it. I repainted the whole case semi-gloss black and the aluminum bits, pearl blue so heres the pics! (there are some scratches and marks on the case from the 600 Mile journey it took in the back of a geo metro...) We also didn't get a chance to clear coat it because it was getting late out and the air pressure was dropping so a lot of dust would have got in the coat. (at this time we didn't have access to a painting booth)

As you can see in the picture above, pearl paint is really thin thus allowing the all the original markings to come through :), well tell me what ya'll think

That's a really nice blue. Great contrast with the black. Excellent paint job as well.

Helps that the case is pretty sexy too. :p

That's a damn good looking case. I'd love to paint the inside of mine black like that.

Ive been thinking about painting mine white on the outside and leaving the silver trim.

Carolina blue. I love it. I would like to know exactly what you've used to do it since it looks amazing.

It looks really great. I appreciate the lack of bling. Cases with bright lights logos and stickers all over the place are getting a little wore out IMO. Just a really nicely done two tone paint job.

Very nice paint job. Paint looks clean. I like the attention to painting the inside. Most people don't do that. And the front blue looks awsome. Not a shade you see a lot I really like it. What color is that?

As a suggestion if you have the time. I found that 2 or 3 coats of a good clear coat will help you avoid the scratch in the paint when you put doors on and off.

Only 1 last thing. Remove the sticker from the PSU unless you really want to resell the PSU. It takes away from the clean look of the inside of the case.

Nice job, I love the outside job however I don't like the glossy look on the inside and unpainted case feet, yuck :p

Heres mine btw:
