Pagemaker 7.0 Element Quesiton

So, I've screwed up a Pagemaker document somehow. I tried to paste some images directly from Photoshop, but they didnt make the OLE jump somehow and now Pagemaker isn't displaying them, but the image elements still exist in the document because my file size jumped from about 300KB to right around 35MB.

Is there a way to get a list of all elements in the Pagemaker document so that I can review them and delete the ones I don't want?
