Packet Loss & Connection Problems...plz help

I am using a Lynksys WRT330N Gigabit Gaming Router and in the last couple weeks am
experiencing problems with packet loss and connection. Recently my modem died and
was replaced by my internet provider.

When I speedtest I can get anywhere from 1500 kb/s to 4550/kb/s with a 10000 kb/s (supposedly) connection.

I installed ping plotter to give me more info.

I have 3 desktops connected to the router and one wireless.

One computer is used as a DVR

I even replaced the cat 5 cable to my gaming pc to see if it would help.

I have DSL and a few months ago was getting 9000 kb/s often and suddenly it is crap.

The server I game on is in Dallas, TX and I am in CA.

I'm at my wits end

Any help would be appreciated

is that showing packet loss at the router?
check for newer firmware?

have you done any testing without the router in place, to determine if it's a router or ISP issue?

how about having just your gaming computer hooked up to the router, to make sure it's not something caused by one of the other computers?

Ensure you've tested directly to the computer (or as direct as you can get).
