Hey guys, I was wondering how I can ship and pack a CPU. I am very paranoid about breaking pins duing shipment, so what is the best way to ship it? I dont have the box anymore.

Plastic hard cover? Put it in antistatic bag then wrap it with bubble or foam. It's not that bad.

do you have the plastic thing it came in? bubble wrap is great... for anything

EDIT: lol, posted at the same time... same concept...

I have plenty of bubble wrap, no plastic hard cover, ship one to me lol. I have an anti static bag too.

just static bag-it, and buble-wrap, them place in box... make sure it don't shake.
that should do. that is how I send my components, (k, I wrapped some old ones in like newspaper ,and carpet foam lining, lol. but that was like for 16 meg cards), newer stuff goes in static bag- if I can find one.
you might want to ensure the package, so you can blame USPS (just in case) ;)
