P8P67 series & OC Tuner question

I was reading the P8P67 overclocking guide by Juan_Jose here

He mentioned you can use the auto OC tuner to get an idea of what your CPU is capable of. The OC tuner returned a result of 4457mhz for my 2600k.

Question is, how much above the auto overclock setting would be advisable, if at all.

I have the deluxe series of that board and was wondering the same actually on my 2500k. Got a 4356 Overclock on the fast setting and a 4944 on the extreme but was worried about it so took it down to fast again.
