heres my issue:

had some random issues where computer would not display bios before getting to the O/S, then after a restart it wouldnt post at all. cleared CMOS/battery, now i get the regular beep when booting however the red light in the bottom right corner of the mobo (boot device) is solid red. when this happens i get zero display, and it wont even boot to desktop anymore.

tried removing all usb devices, removed hd and dvd drive. still cant get a display at all. still have that red indicator light. called asus tech support they said im suffering from the recall issue and will need to replace... which i doubt

gtx 570
750w corsair tx
2500k
p8p67 pro
8gb mushkin ram

see if it's the power supply
originally i had a old crappy coolmax cr-550b carried over from my previous build. It ran well until I try to add in more RAM, the same crap happened (won't boot whatsoever)

I quickly ran to a local bestbuy and grabbed a Corsair GS600, still no luck...it will boot, but won't get into the BIOS, the red memory light constantly on, then double post...

Just when I was so desperate and disappointed about to return everything to MC...I unscrewed the motherboard from the case, and laid everything on the carpet...all of sudden, it runs!

I suspect there might be a short circuit somewhere because of the wiring...everything is running perfectly since.

try above see if it helps.

my setup:
i5-2500k
p8p67
ati x1950xtx
corsair xms3 8gig(2x4gb) 1333mhz
coolmax cr550b-> corsair gs600
